Welcome to the Kustomer Community, your new hub for CX excellence. If you’re new to the community, look no further. Let’s jump into some FAQs for new users: I just joined the community! Where do I start?First things first: log in and set up your user profile. You can set up your profile by clicking “log in” on the upper right hand corner of the Home Screen, then following the necessary steps. Hi Community Friends,We thought it might be fun to know who’s who -- I’ll start!I’m Gordana, and I’ve been with Kustomer since April 2020. I’m responsible for leading our Technical Support Team here but also excited to be playing a big role in our new Community! I live just outside of NYC and am passionate about improving the Customer Experience. My family consists of my husband Ross and our three kitties Munches, Ceddy and Sophie, who were all rescued. Can anyone offer any advice as to why I am unable to activate the English (uk) language from the language activation area. I am an admin of the system so should have permissionsThe instructions say to simply activate the required language from the deactivated list, but the toggle to do so is greyed out. Thanks in advance
I need to filter conversation based on their created time.Currently i use https://api.kustomerapp.com/v1/routing/queues/637b96b170397c2490XXXXX/work-items?status=queued&createdAt=2023-07-18T10%3A24%3A55.073Z&page=1&pageSize=100 .but is not filtering out the right conversations
Hi All,We are working on enabling SSO to allow for seamless login to Kustomer Universifty via the Kustomer Community but in the meantime, you’ll need to enter your credentials manually. Please make sure that you are logged into your instance of Kustomer in another tab then switch over to the Community. When you click on one of the Kustomer University links for the first time, you will see the following login screen:Enter your Kustomer Org Name in the field and once you do, you will be able to access Kustomer University seamlessly going forward.If you clear your cookies, you may be asked to enter your credentials again, but these should be sticky for you until then.*Please note only customers with an active Kustomer Liscense will be able to access Kustomer University.-Gordana
Hi Everyone!Welcome to the new Kustomer Community! We’ve been hard at work building a one-stop-shop for our users, where you can share knowledge, become product experts, get inspired and connect with likeminded CX pros. Our goal is to offer you the most impactful CX community out there. We pulled in the Knowledge base, Kustomer University, Feature request submissions, and active discussions all in one place, so when you search for a topic, you can see valuable information across all our key sources. If something isn’t already available, you can easily “Ask a Question” to get a conversation started and have your question answered either by the Community or someone from Kustomer. If you don’t have a question, choose the Conversation option and engage with fellow colleagues who are also using Kustomer to improve their client experiences.Should you need to reach out to Support, just click on the links at the bottom and it will take you to our form. As you use the new Community, you will see different badges and ranks appear for you based on your interaction with the platform. You start at the bottom as a New Community Member and work your way to the top as a CX Genius!CX Genius Brainy Solutions Inspiring Poster Social Butterfly Participating Frequently Friendly Neighbor Getting Warmed Up New Community MemberIn addition to your interaction with the site, you can also accumulate points that help you reach the next rank level.
