We are launching a new brand site and when interacting with the chat we encounter a CORS network error (API: chat/assistant/init)
is there a whitelist CORS policy control we can configure? this currently works for our existing brand.

Yes, you can configure what domains are allowed. If you go to Apps / Chat / Domains, in the option “Authorize Domains” you can add the domain for your new brand.
