Is anyone having event data sent directly to Kustomer via RudderStack? 

 

Curious and eager to hear yalls experience with this as we recently partnered with them as an organization and would love to see what it looks like and benefits you’ve noticed from the integration.

I spoke with our team internally about your question. Something you could use is an outbound webhook or hit the RudderStack API via a Workflow. Happy to expand on that more, if you’re interested!

@amanda.rothbard we got a set up going on our staging site into our sandbox environment. The biggest issue we are hitting is what kustomer expects for the products object. we send a lot of data for products: category, image_url, name, price, product_id, quantity, sku, url, variant. since we send so much, we are getting an error that the payload is too long for products. do we know what kustomer is expecting for product data? I am unsure where to look in kustomer docs
