👋 Hey everybody! Who’s interested in having a little fun before the holidays?

This week, we have hidden snowflakes around 10 words in the Kustomer Community. If you find all 10 words, you could win a $50 gift card! 💰

 

These snowflakes have been hidden in Community Discussions only, within these three categories: Welcome to the Community, Kustomer Knowledge, and Industry Knowledge. 

Snowflakes can be hidden in posts, replies, and titles, so look carefully! 🔎

How to play

  1. Use the clues provided below to search for the 10 words with snowflakes around them.💡Hint: Both the Search bar and Discussions section will help you on your quest!

  2. Once you’ve found all 10 words, share your answers on this post!💡Important: Please share only the words, and not where you found them.

  3. All members with 10 correct words will be placed into a raffle on Monday, 12/19 for the grand prize. 

Contest ends Friday, December 16th at 5pm Eastern. Any submissions received after this time will not be counted. 

 

Clues

Find the 10 hidden Kustomer words, marked by snowflakes, using the clues below:

  1. A customizable feature that dynamically displays important information to agents

  2. Apps may install these to integrate Kustomer with 3rd party services

  3. Klasses rely on these, both standard and custom, to store relevant information

  4. This timer is used to determine how much time must pass before a Customer can be sent another satisfaction survey
