Apologies for coming here, but the Help Center form has not sent me a confirmation email like it normally does - routing is not working, conversation assignment is not working, inboxes not working, outgoing messages are very delayed. Please assist.

Hi Jasmine, thank you for reaching out on our community. We are currently experiencing an event causing latency events in Kustomer environments. This is also affecting inbound conversations being created as drafts. We have our statuspage here you can subscribe to so you can keep informed of further updates.
