Unlocking Kustomer Fully

Hi all, random question. We all likely have worked with multiple help desk type SaaS and inevitably, you end up building on a new platform (Kustomer) something that sort of mimics what you've built on other platforms. My question is, what's something you've done, that's maybe a bit outside the box within Kustomer, that you think was a real tangible efficiency gain? Is there a workflow you devised, or automation created, that led to really terrific gains?

In the same vain, how are people enjoying Agent Assist to this point? Is anyone actually using the response recommendations, or mostly just translations and grammar checks?
