How to navigate the new community

Think of the community as a collaborative environment to share knowledge, seek support, exchange ideas, and provide feedback on Kustomer. This space exists to enhance your overall experience with Kustomer.

Here are some suggestions to help you get acquainted with the community—

👤 Edit your profile

  • In the upper righthand corner you'll see your avatar and the option to edit your profile.

  • Feel free to add a cover image, change your profile picture, change your name, as well as add information about yourself.

đź”” Adjust your notifications

  • In the same upper righthand corner, you'll go to Account Settings > Notifications

  • You can receive as many or as little notifications as you'd like! You also have the option to subscribe specific spaces when new activity is posted.

  • Is there anything you'd like to see, or don't want to see in the new community?

  • Add your feedback to this conversation!

⌨️ Start engaging

  • Reply to Others: See a question that you know the answer to? Perhaps there's a conversation that you relate to. Add your thoughts in the comments!

  • Ask the Community: Post your product questions and get answers from your fellow members and Kustomer experts.

  • Start a Conversation: Feel like introducing yourself, or crowdsourcing ideas from peers? Engage in a meaningful conversations with other community members.

  • Submit a Feature Request: What's on your wishlist when it comes to Kustomer?
