We’ve been offering SMS CX for Bespoke Post for more than 5 years, and it’s been super successful.
We’ve recently launched a satellite brand, and I’m receiving a little pushback as I try to convince the team to launch SMS as a CX channel for this brand.
I’m looking for some other D2C brands (bonus points for travel brands, but not necessary) that use SMS as a CX channel - not necessarily through a marketing short-code but where customers can reach out directly.
Doesn’t have to be your brand - just brands you’ve been able to text for CX help.
