The inBusinessHours function helper checks to see if a specific time is within current Business Hours (as defined under Settings > Administration > Business Schedules). Based on the schedule, the helper will return a boolean value of either true or false. This is commonly used in condition steps to determine if and when actions should be taken.This helper can take two optional parameters. One for a specific date (must be in standard date object notation), and another for a business schedule ID. This can be used, for example, to review a conversation that arrived on a Sunday, outside of the team’s set business hours. Given steps.1.createdAt = \"2034-01-01T00:00:00.000Z\", and a business schedule ID of \"61785fb332a97930e6ab85d2\"

/#fn:inBusinessHours,steps.1.createdAt,61785fb332a97930e6ab85d2 resolves to the boolean value false, if Sunday is not within the specified business schedule.

Without a date input, the helper will simply check the current time, and without a business schedule ID, the helper will compare to the org’s default schedule.
