Our team has been using Kustomer to respond to Instagram comments, but have run into a 300 character limit for responses. Some of our responses would require longer than 300 characters, and it would be helpful to have the full context to provide guidance to others or to stop any potential for viral negative sentiment.
How have you dealt with this limitation? Since Meta platforms have removed this limitation on their native platforms, do we know if Kustomer plans to remove this in the near future too?
