I have an email coming in that displays all the raw HTML in the timeline. If I click on “view full email”, the modal that pops up does have the proper rich formatting from the underlying HTML.
The problem I’m having is if I forward this email from Kustomer, it’s not forwarding as a properly formatted email. It’s forwarding that “raw” version. How can I fix this?
