Outbound email based on Satisfaction Score

Hi all, 

I’m really bad at most of this, and I’m looking for some concrete steps to create an outbound email triggered based off of the satisfaction score from the Kustomer Satisfaction Survey. Here is what I’m looking to do:

  1. When a Satisfaction score of 5 is returned
  2. An outbound email is sent to the customer with my content in it
  3. The email is automatically marked ‘done’ so these don’t clog up our inbox

Any guidance on where to start and the steps I need to take would be so appreciated! Thanks in advance.
