With the update did this functionality became off:
Hi, before the update of the platform we could easily divide a whatsapp conversations, in order to divide different topics that could have diferent custom atributte associated. We just put a + on the conversation and it opened a new divided conversation. This is very important to use since the custom attributes after marking done a conversation give us real time feedback of what is happening in our company, with out this feature its imposible to input two custom attributes in one conversation, thus the importane of dividing, since there were to different topics.
